Every apartment is cleaned, painted, and has the carper cleaned or replaced prior to move-in. The Property Manager also inspects each unit before it is deemed ready.
Yes we have on-site maintenance.
You may submit a work order through your resident services account or you may call the office.
Maintenance is handled in order of severity and then by order as submitted.
No, you can give us permission to enter when you're not home.
You would have to come to the office during office hours but after hours you call stand-by maintenance. We'll need to verify your identity and that you are a leaseholder.
Yes you make decorate without penalty, everything should be returned to its original state before move out.
We offer an outdoor pool, volleyball and basketball court.
Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor day, 10:00am to dusk.
We have open parking and you may also choose to rent a carport for $25/month.
There are no hook ups as we have a washer and dryer provided in the unit.
Yes, with breed and weight restrictions.
There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee where applicable and additional monthly pet rent per pet in the unit. Please see our Pet Policy on the Amenities page for additional information.

There are no building quiet hours. There is a $100 deposit and $75 fee for renting the community building.
We accept walk ins but will gladly make an appointment.

You will need to pay a prorated amount for rent, Security Deposit, Administrative Fee, and pay for an additional services such as internet, cable, and/or carport.
Make sure you read and understand your lease, especially about renewal, timely payments, move out procedures, and pet policy. Also don't be afraid to ask questions as our leasing agents are very knowledgeable.
You may pay online through your Resident Services account using a credit card, debit card or with your bank account and routing number. We also have a WIPS where you may pay at few local retailers, or you may send a check, money order, or cashiers check to our Kalamazoo office.
You will need to log in to your Resident Services account and choose your method of payment.
There are additional fees for Internet service, Dish Network, and carports.

You are allowed to have guests at your apartment. We do ask that any guests please park in parking spots facing away from the building.
You will need to pay a new security deposit.
If you break your lease early, a 60-day notice is required, and the fee is 200% of your monthly rental rate.
